We are a real family business beavering away for over 10 years in the heart of rural Shropshire making our utterly unique range of the most sumptuously fruity Fruit Coulis Dessert Sauces. As the business has grown we’ve moved from the family kitchen, to the annexe and now we’ve extended that into our purpose built commercial kitchen. Through kitchen hops, our underlying motivation has remained the same – to hand-make the finest and most exciting range of coulis that is faithful to the original fruit, a healthy addition to hundreds of dishes and available at the twist of a lid! We achieve excellence in taste and colour by using only the very best ingredients, nothing artificial and by adding just enough sugar to enhance rather than mask the wonderful, naturally tangy, refreshing flavours and deep luscious colours of sun ripened fruits. We aim to make coulis that is as good as you can make in your own kitchen and, to prove that homemade is best, we have consistently won Golds in the annual Great Taste Awards run by The Guild of Fine Food of which we are accredited producer members. There are so many culinary uses for good fruit puréed and available at the twist of a lid – not just desserts!
