Mango Fool PDF Print E-mail
A wonderfully simple pudding to whip up in 3 minutes flat.

Serves 4 - 6

500g chilled Greek yoghurt
Juice and finely grated zest of a lime
2 tbsp Kirsch
Castor sugar to taste

1 bottle the Best of Taste Co Mango and Passionfruit coulis

1. Mix the coulis with the yoghurt in a large mixing bowl. Carefully add
the lime juice and Kirsch. Add sugar to taste.
2. Pour into glass bowls or tumblers, chill to thicken and garnish with the grated lime zest.
