Raspberry melon PDF Print E-mail

This starter is so simple and yet the clean refreshing flavours and colours work together beautifully.

1 ripe honey dew melon (plus another variety if available)
1 bottle of the Best of Taste Co Raspberry coulis

1. Cut the melon into two and remove the seeds. Cut each half into three and remove the rind. Then cut most of the way up each crescent moon shape so it is still joined at the top but also cut into 3crescent shapes.
2. Arrange these in a fan shape on a serving plate; pour over some raspberry coulis and serve.
