Cranberry and Camembert PDF Print E-mail

Just picture a wedge of grilled Camembert or soft goats cheese; soft and oozing in the centre with a chewy golden top and served on some granary toast nestled on a bed of leaves and topped with a slug of Cranberry and Orange with Orange Liqueur Coulis. Here’s how…..

 a mixture of green leaves
50-100g/ 2-4oz soft cheese per person
a good glug of The Best of Taste Co Cranberry and Orange with Orange Liqueur Coulis

1. First prepare the leaves, arranging a handful on each small plate.
2. Then cut the cheese into suitable sizes (maintaining the circular shape) and place on a baking sheet under a moderate grill. While this is going on toast the bread, and then when the cheese is becoming softened and bubbling on top, remove and serve immediately on the toast; which should be sitting on the bed of leaves.
3. Top with a drizzle of Cranberry and Orange with Orange Liqueur Coulis.
